Registration Includes //

  • Conference registration is mandatory for attending the Hands-on workshop.
  • Conference Lunch for 12th & 13th November 2025.
  • Certificate of Attendance.
  • Visit to Trade Exhibition Area.
  • One Delegate can register for any two Workshops only.
  • The seats are limited in number and will be allotted on a first-come-first-served basis.

IMPORTANT NOTE

  • Only Dermatologists & Plastic Surgeons are allowed.
  • HOD Certificate Mandatory for PG Student Registration.
  • Accompanying persons will not be allowed in any scientific halls.

Cancellation Policy //

  • All cancellations should be made in writing and sent to Secretariat.aaaconf@gmail.com
  • Cancellations received after 15th September 2025 will be entitled for only 75% refund of the registration amount paid.
  • Cancellations received after 15th October 2025 will be entitled for only 50% refund of the registration amount paid.
  • No refund for cancellations made after 10th November 2025.
  • The refund process will begin only 30 days after the completion of the conference.

Terms and Conditions //

  • Online Registration form to be filled is Mandatory.
  • It is mandatory for each delegate to fill online registration form.
  • The registration will be confirmed within 7 days of receipt of payment in bank.
  • Confirmation of the registration will be sent on registered email id.
  • Online transaction charges will be applied according to the concerned bank. Transaction charges to be borne by delegates.
  • A valid Photo identification card is mandatory at the entrance of the conference area.
  • A confirmation email containing your Registration Receipt/ID will be sent to all registered delegates.
  • Please note that the registration fee excludes 18% GST (Goods and Services Tax).
  • For any card payment additional fee will be charged as per the bank policy.
  • Refund includes only the registration base amount and does not include GST & card payment charges.
